How do I know the phone I'm buying is genuine?
Every iPhone we sell was bought, opened, and inspected by us before it went up. We verify the IMEI against the blacklist, test battery health, run sensor checks, and confirm condition against the photos you see. Every listing shows the actual IMEI (masked) and real front/back/scratch photos of the exact unit you'll receive — not stock images.Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is supported across Greater Cairo. You can inspect the phone at the door and refuse delivery if it doesn't match the listing — no questions asked, no fee.What if I open the box and the phone is different from the listing?
Refuse delivery at the door. Do not accept the phone. Once you accept the parcel, you can still open a refund request within the 7-day inspection window or use the 30-day money-back guarantee — but at-door refusal is the simplest path and costs you nothing.How long does delivery take?
Greater Cairo orders typically arrive within 1–2 business days. Outside Greater Cairo expect 3–5 business days depending on courier coverage.Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order has a detailed status timeline on your Orders page, updated as the phone moves from packing to courier handoff to delivery.

Cash on delivery is supported for most areas. We are rolling out card payments and wallet options progressively.What currency are prices in?
All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Prices are stored and displayed without decimals.Does the price include tax?
Listing prices are the final prices buyers pay. Where applicable, tax is included.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Egypt, with same-region turnaround fastest in Greater Cairo, Alexandria, and the Delta. Remote governorates take slightly longer.

I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the login page, choose Forgot Password. You can reset by phone (OTP code) or email (reset link). Both paths lead to the same New Password form.Can I switch languages?
Yes. Use the language switcher in the navigation bar. The choice is saved to your profile, so email notifications are sent in your preferred language.Can I delete my account?
